I am eager to build upon the foundation laid by the proposal I have developed, which focuses on the impact of new employees on an organization, particularly the challenges they encounter upon entry, their process of adaptation to the work environment, and strategies to unlock their full potential. My overarching goal is to uncover innovative strategies and best practices that not only assist new employees in overcoming initial challenges but also empower them to swiftly adapt to the organizational culture, enhance their skill sets, and cultivate a sense of belonging.

The heart of my proposed research lies in addressing the critical and often overlooked aspects of employee integration within organizations. By meticulously analyzing these challenges, I intend to uncover the most effective strategies and interventions that can facilitate a smoother transition and foster a more rapid and productive integration process. Furthermore, I am dedicated to investigating how these interventions can impact an employee's overall performance and organizational contribution over time.
