KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Receiving design documents and reviewing same
• Preparing technical submittal according to project specifications.
• Reviewing design drawings and prepare detailed shop drawing accordingly
• Co-ordinate HVAC/Plumbing works along with civil
• Co-ordinate HVAC/Plumbing works with other electro-mechanical works
• Follow approval of technical submittal and shop drawing with consultant.
• Ordering Material as per BOQ/Drawing
• Follow delivery of material as per tender specifications
• Allocating man power according to the site activities and work priorities
• Reporting to project Manager/Operation Manger
• Attending consultant Meetings and following the MOM Instructions.
• Preparing cost analysis for any additional work
• Approval of work done through consultant inspections. Raising RFI, inspection for work done, inspection for material etc.
• Preparing as built drawing, O&M manuals.
• Following and attending consultant snags and closing same, obtaining completion certificate.
• Study of all technical documents received in tender stage and raise RFI/Tender queries.
• Floating Inquires of Equipment's & other items to the suppliers for initial Quotations.
• Quantities Take-off from drawings and evaluating Projects.
• Preparing the Techno-Commercial Offer with Clear description of Inclusions & Exclusions.
• Attending Technical discussion with Client/Consultant following the MOM Instructions.
• Study of Contract Draft received after LOA and make necessary Corrections if required.
• Handing-over the Tender Documents & Contract to the Execution team
