- Delivered “Quote in a Minute,” an AI service that asks six customer questions (name, age, gender, marital status, pre‑existing conditions, email/phone) and returns an insurance quote in < 60 seconds.
- Built the backend with Python & FastAPI, publishing secure REST endpoints and wiring them to Airia, a web‑based AI‑workflow platform the company uses for conversational flows.
- Prompt‑engineered Cohere LLM (ChatGPT‑style model) with a custom template that forces the model to stay on‑topic and produce only the required quote—no extra chatter or data leakage.
- Automated lead capture: each completed interaction posts directly to Salesforce as a qualified Lead, triggering instant sales notifications.
- Produced clear technical docs and deployment scripts, enabling smooth hand‑off to DevOps and future maintainers.
