• Keep rational changing plan every month and week, according to the business needs in the company.
• Visiting (Plastic surgeons) the KOLs in greatest hospitals and private clinics as well, engaging with them, always putting in mind the win-win situation in every visit.
• Getting different deals with different situation, putting in mind our policy and sales target.

• Communicating with doctors (Surgeons, Vascular surgeons, Dermatologists) getting deals , following up with them, visiting them regularly through weekly and monthly plans.
• Getting feedbacks from mostly every pharmacy in the area, communicating to know more about the market locally in the area, giving small demo about how to upsell the product, benefits and features.
• Arranging group meetings, seminars, contributing in conferences.
• Always upgrading to new plans, new rational objective with every visit and call.
• Meeting the criteria in every sales review, KPI targets and annual target.

• QC training in one of the largest companies on the country.
• QC on ophthalmic products and its components.
