• Civil & MEP Fit-out & Maintenance Company mainly dealing with DEWA, Dubai Airports,Emirates, DNATA etc
• Coordination & execution of Civil & Periodic Maintenance works from start to finish including documentation, approvals, permits, procurement, labour handling until invoice submission
• Coordinate with draughtsman for preparation of proposed and as-built drawings
• Arrange on-site and office meetings with suppliers/subcontractors and get quotations
• Secure all labour /vehicle/material passes, permits, approvals, shutdowns and renew them
• Coordinate with DEWA and RTA and secure NOC for any work affecting their corridors
• Prepare site reports; carry out site walks; Ensure and promote safe working practices
• Comply with organizations HSE Policy and strictly follow authority's guidelines on HSE.
• Measurement Sheets preparation for site activities and ensure that payment is made based on site measurements
• Holding meeting with client and finalize upon actual site quantities/measurements
• Coordinate with QA\QC Engineer for Close-out preparation and secure work completion.
• Improved workflow by reviewing daily allocation sheet data and highlighting additional works.
• Responded to technical emails from engineers, stakeholders and clients.

• Managed construction team of 60+ employees overseeing Training, production & project goals.

• Responsible for overall management of site operation which includes site progress and supervising team of foreman and labours in conducting engineering works safely and comply with company policies, procedures and regulations.

• increased site efficiency by observing operations and recommending project changes .

• completed site surveys, marked locations and oversaw construction of various projects .

• Ensuring Daily productivity has been met as forecast within allowable to achieve timely results.

• Preparation of Running Account bills.

• Documented daily progress, incidents and issue resolutions for accurate site records.
