• Managed day-to-day site execution activities, ensuring works were carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Reviewed shop drawings prior to consultant approval to ensure coordination between multiple trades, identifying clashes in advance and minimizing rework, delays, and site conflicts during execution.
• Performed quality control inspections and issued Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to subcontractors upon identification of defects; ensured corrective actions were implemented in compliance with project standards.

• Raised and coordinated Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR) with consultant to ensure all works were inspected, certified, and approved in compliance with project requirements.
• Conducted snagging and de-snagging activities in coordination with consultant and subcontractors and played key role in overall project closeout.
• Coordinated project closeout documentation including Asset Registers and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract and consultant requirements.
• Facilitated and coordinated system training sessions conducted by subcontractors for FM team to ensure smooth handover and operational readiness.
• Actively managed Defects Liability Period (DLP) for one year, ensuring timely rectification of defects and achieving successful DLP closure.
• Maintained effective communication and strong working relationships with Client, ensuring prompt response to issues and quick corrective actions to sustain client satisfaction.

• Supported planning activities for a high-rise residential project, including baseline scheduling and sequencing of construction activities.

• Supervised concrete pouring works for slabs, beams, and columns, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards, including proper curing practices.
• Coordinated and supervised reinforcement (rebar) works, verifying installation as per structural drawings and design specifications prior to concrete placement.
• Managed site housekeeping related to structural works, including coordination of concrete debris clearance and proper disposal in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.
