Planning, organizing and supervision of geological operations; include drilling operations of land and marine boreholes, Cone Penetration Tests (land and marine) and trial trenches within the specified budget and allocated time

Operate CPT machine to conduct CPT tests in various projects

Assist in the planning, prepare method statement and quality plans for field investigations

Field supervision of soil sampling by Split-Barrel, Shelby, Denison, Sand Pitcher and Windowless

Performing and supervising special field tests (as per BS & ASTM); including Packer Test (Lugeon value), Falling Head Permeability, Constant Head Permeability, Drainage Fields and Infilteration Systems Tests, High Pressuremeter Dilatometer Test, Downhole Seismic Test, Field CBR, Electrical Resistivity Test, Thermal Resistivity Test, Plate Bearing Test and Installation of Water Monitoring and Gas Monitoring Piezometers as per standards and specifications

Geological and Environmental sampling, borehole logging, field testing and reporting of both disturbed and undisturbed samples of soil and rocks, also to validate geological boreholes logs.

Through geological understanding of soil/rocks and understanding the process of soil formation, able to understand the regional geology and identify soil and rock types and log them in accordance with the standard Engineering Codes and practices

Maintain appropriate documentation of site work progress, instrumentation readings and fieldwork records/logs on daily basis

Recommended soil and rock samples for laboratory testing in line with Client requirements

Supervise laboratory analysis of soil and other related geological samples

Monitor the performance of the works to ensure that all contract requirements are met, and that procedures are being adhered to and objectives being met

Report to the Operation Manager and Project Manager on daily progress and issues being encountered on the site

Effectively maintain and implement ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001-2018 Management Systems

Implementation of highest practicable standards of health, safety and environmental performance and maintenance of the management systems to ensure compliance with appropriate international standards

Meeting with client / consultant for projects executions, performance, status and future planning

Attend progress meetings and safety toolbox talks as necessary
