· Responsible for carrying out the direct sales of credit cards for major banks in UAE viz CBD, RAK BANK and Deem Finance by managing & monitoring the performance of a team with 15 to 20 DSA.

· Investing time and effort in human resources & developing teams potential by hiring new personnel through a process of scanning CVs, conducting repeat interviews and organizing training of hired personnel.

· Encouraging the BDE for bulk sourcing from TML to have quality business.

· Motivating the team towards achieving their targets by regular FUP with each BDE and providing guidance to officers to make regular incentive.

· Handling customers queries and resolving their complaint through complaint management team.

· Undertaking specialized training of the team on recognizing fraudulent practices & risk management.

· Providing regular product updates, policy changes & comparative study of the competitive market products to generate best results & over achieve targets.
