Planning (operations):
- Pre-plans the allocation 24-72 hours in advance of the shift based on the expected demands, schedules and rostered resources to ensure that the department specific demands and timetables are met
- Plans the allocations for the shift which is done either during, prior or at the start of the shift to ensure that the allocation of the resources is updated and meets the shift plan.
- Conducts real-time allocation taking into accounting the availability of resources by monitoring the achievement of tasks and adapt the allocation plans according to the unscheduled demands of the customers
Safety:
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Admin:
- Analysing data, prepares reports and presentation for the higher management.
- Assists in projects mainly on presentation design and data analysis.
- Handles Staff Roster Planning for effective allocation
- Collaborates with outsourced management for monthly allocation.
- Training planning for staff.
- Assist Department Managers in handling outsourced deployment, hours management and Invoices.
