  • Upon completion of projects in July 2015, recruited by KAZ Minerals directly as Group Supply Chain Director
  • Cost savings of more than 20% achieved on YOY basis by shifting significant sourcing from OEMs and OPMs from Asia and particularly from China on sustainable and long term basis due to accessibility of logistical routes including rail roads and bulk sourcing possibilities
  • Optimized logistics costs & time by consolidations of shipment, pre-declaration and custom clearances, delivery to site of more than 500 full truck loads and significant volumes of OOG cargoes from all over the world in varied dimensions, incoterms, and modes of shipment.
  • Long term forward purchasing rate agreements finalized with major OEM suppliers covering 70% - 75% of spent-base to ensure continuity of supply at cost driven and market related prices
