· Work with IT Operations team and COO in developing IT Budgets for schools and HO, and ensure all resources are planned to meet the annual operating requirements of HO & Schools.

· Review IT products and services purchase requests from schools and provide recommendations.

· Work closely with IT Operations team for Operational ICT Requirements.

· Monitor data integrity, reliability of systems is maintained, and proper security safeguards are in place so that the confidentiality of company information is not breached.

· Provide all support to the COO to make the new ERP project a successful project.

· Monitor adequate data backup is established for IT Systems to provide business continuity of IT services with minimum disruption in the event of contingencies.

· Support COO in selecting IT Operations staff from DT for Athena IT Operations.

· Helping company to ensure Athena uses legitimate software products to comply with laws and the terms and conditions stipulated in the respective software’s agreements.

· Ensure all procedures relating to web hosting, email hosting, and portal hosting services are executed in a timely and effective manner to meet Athena's business objectives.

· Support COO & Purchase department to coordinate with manufacturers/vendors and other technology service providers.
