· Support HO & schools on IT Operations, IT Infrastructure & ERP systems to ensure smooth functioning of the Company & School operations.

· Support users and management on IT needs taking account of advancements in the field whenever required.

· Support company in implementing information technology plans, policies, programs, schedules, computer services, and network communications as per the goals and objectives of the company & schools.

· Support COO and work with IT operation team to implement company IT strategy, including ERP system and ICT infrastructure to enable Athena to provide quality education service.

· Take initiates and develops internal and external partnerships to leverage Athena’s technology investments with the COO.

· Support COO in implementing technology initiatives in HO & Schools.

· Monitor IT Operations team to make sure IT assets are maintained and managed effectively.

· Work closely with DT leadership team in conducting regular IT Audit.

· Monitor to implement IT policies and Standard Operating Procedures for Athena to ensure consistency of IT standards across the IT network.

· Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions based on user feedback from time to time and recommend enhancements to COO.

· Work with IT Operations team and COO in developing IT Budgets for schools and HO, and ensure all resources are planned to meet the annual operating requirements of HO & Schools.

· Review IT products and services purchase requests from schools and provide recommendations.

· Work closely with IT Operations team for Operational ICT Requirements.

· Monitor data integrity, reliability of systems is maintained, and proper security safeguards are in place so that the confidentiality of company information is not breached.

· Provide all support to the COO to make the new ERP project a successful project.

· Monitor adequate data backup is established for IT Systems to provide business continuity of IT services with minimum disruption in the event of contingencies.

· Support COO in selecting IT Operations staff from DT for Athena IT Operations.

· Helping company to ensure Athena uses legitimate software products to comply with laws and the terms and conditions stipulated in the respective software’s agreements.

· Ensure all procedures relating to web hosting, email hosting, and portal hosting services are executed in a timely and effective manner to meet Athena's business objectives.

· Support COO & Purchase department to coordinate with manufacturers/vendors and other technology service providers.

• Patched software and installed new versions to eliminate security problems and protect data.

• Responsibility for the personnel, financial and administrative aspects of the theatre
• Ensuring that the theatre meets the requirements of legislation such as health and safety and licensing laws (theatre managers may act as licensees);

• Test and diagnose data communication problems.
• Assist in maintaining network documentation.
• Assist as necessary the Network Administrator in the performance of those duties.
• Ability to: test and service computer terminals, printers, and electronic typewriters; maintain a database of computer parts, supplies, and equipment inventory; perform clerical duties; communicate effectively and establish cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties.
• Send out invoices and receives payments paperwork for new hires, terminations, and changes.

• Handling a channel/team set-up to source business for the Personal Loans branch network in the location.
• Developing the channel - recruiting, training members on CitiFinancial products & processes.
