• Analyzing the business center needs via 10 brainstorming sessions and workshops
• Setting up the strategy and the new model of invoicing for the all the corporate clients
• Preparing the functional specifications of the new model of invoicing OFELIE (Layout of the application, calculation of the invoices and accounting services)
• Driving the change management of the 25 portfolio managers for the invoicing via OFELIE
• Designing and organizing the webpage layout / furnishing and updating documentations
