Responsibilities:

• QA/QC procedure and implement Project Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Participate in the identification, writing, reviewing and publishing of Project quality plan, Inspection tests Plans, and all other quality related documents in accordance with the Contract and the Client’s requirements.
• Review and developing Project Quality Plan, ITP, Method Statements, QA/QC procedures and assigning QA/QC staff on full time or visiting basis.
• Regular site visit to find any inappropriate practice. Inform assigned QA/QC Engineer to take a necessary measure to correct discrepancies, and assure that corrective action is followed up.
• Set-up QA/QC Organization for effective Quality Management.Monitoring project QA/QC activities during the Construction Phase.
• Setting up and monitoring quality systems including Quality Control Procedures and plans for civil Construction project.
• Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC Engineers / Inspectors on site including a site Civil Materials Testing Laboratory.
• Perform internal quality audits, Conduct Regular Training in QA-QC practice to Engineers and Technicians. • Handle all quality issues with project management.
• Identify new materials, technologies and work procedures for quality improvement.
• Establish and ensure implementation of the QA/QC Management System on all phases of the project.
• Establish the Project Quality Plan including Quality Policy and continually improve it.
• Review and approval of EPC Sub-Contractors Quality Plan and procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with EPC Contractor on Project quality issues.
• Ensure that quality is applied in line with the Project quality requirements to all phases of the Project.
• Ensure that the Project complies with Quality Standards requirements..
• Responsible for ensuring that Project Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Report the performance status of Project Quality and relevant issues to the Corporate and Company Management.
• Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters.
• Coordinate with the site construction manager and project manager on all quality issues Coordinate and their QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel. .

Project : Critical Warehousing Capacity Enhancement Project-Kizad Client : Abudhabi Port (ADP)

Short Description: The development projects include warehouses, light industrial units and showrooms with road and infrastructure works consist of roads, surface water drainage, signage and roadway lighting. Infrastructure works consist of potable water, sanitary sewer, irrigation transmission, chilled water distribution, telecommunications civil works and electrical distribution.

Project : Emirati Housing Neighborhood at Al Samha(250Villas),AUH Client : Musanda

Short discreption: Master Planning of Projects, Design and Built for villas, Building (Civil and MEP Works and Infrastructure)“Construction of Emirati Housing Neighborhood – Al Samha Area (250 Villas) - Abu Dhabi”. “Works” comprising the carrying out and completion of 250 Emirati Villas, including Infrastructure works and supporting facilities like Mosque, Parks, and Sub‐stations. The “works” consist of the construction, testing commissioning, completion, handover, remedying of defects and Maintenance during Defects Notification Period of (250) VILLAS IN AL SAMHA including the construction of supporting facilities like 1 Mosque, 6 Parks, 7 Sub-stations, Project Infrastructure and Road networks. Project Area (Al Samha East) – 22.76 Ha, Project Area (Al Samha West) – 30.28 Ha, Total Project Area –53.04 Ha

Project : Emirati Housing Development Project at Jabel Hafeet Al Ain. Client : Musanada

Short Description: The total plot area for the development is 453.8 Hectare, which will include 3,000 units of Emirati housing units, Infrastructure including – potable water, electricity, sewage, storm water, street lighting, firefighting system, irrigation, telecommunications networks, landscaping and roads. The project is mandated by Estidama 2 Pearls Rating System for New Communities, New Buildings and New Villas)

Project : Construction of B.Q Housing Station Facilities,RDS-1 & Transfer Line Package A) Client : ADCO ( Abudhabi Distribution Company)

Short Description: Construction of station facilities in Bida Al Qemzan Field Development Project, RDS-1 and 16 Inch transfer pipeline (Package A) for ABUDHABI COMPANY FOR ONSHORE OIL OPERATIONS at Buhasa, Western Region, Abu Dhabi. - The “ADCO BQ Field Development Package A1”. This project comprises of Substation / control Building, KO Drum Pits, Flare RCC Foundation, Surface Pumps Foundation, Chemical Injection Skid Foundation, Telecom Tower Foundation, Pig Launcher Foundation, KO Drum Pump Foundation, Multiport Manifold Shelter, Chemical Storage Shelter, Pig Launcher Facility, Anchor Block, Pipe Rack Foundation, Booster Transformer Foundation, Multi Phase Pump Shelter, Buhasa RDS-1 Facility, 16” Pipeline (transfer), pipe supports Well Head area and External Development Works including interlocking tiled roads / Pavements.
