Attending technical meetings with contractors and sub-consultants and do the necessary coordination as required. Provide technical assistance to project managers and make coordination and technical consultation with other disciplines as required. Program 8 Eastern Hotels

Located in the Red Sea Shura Island that will house 11 world-class hotels and resorts including Edition, Fairmont, Raffles, SLS, InterContinental, Jumeirah, Miraval, Rosewood and Grand Hyatt brands. Along with an 18-hole golf course, the entertainment centre of the island. Shura is connected to the mainland by a 3.3km crossing, including a 1.2km bridge – the longest internal bridge in Saudi Arabia.

The design concept, known as Coral Bloom, was created by renowned British architects Foster + Partners. The Eastern Hotels comprise of 4 world class five-star hotel resort including Faena, Edition, Four Seasons and Miraval.

1. HE1 - Faena The Red Sea – 150 keys

Faena The Red Sea will be situated on the southern side of the hub island of Shura. Its interiors have been imagined by Jouin Manku. Each of its 150 suites and villas will feature a private pool and offer views over the sea. The Executive Suite will measure 84 m², and amongst the seven villas will be six three-bedroom Presidential Pool Villas and one four-bedroom Royal Pool Villa.

2. HE2 – The Red Sea Edition – 240 keys

EDITION Hotels redefine the concept of luxury by offering an unexpected collection of one-of-a-kind hotels. Its interiors have been imagined by Rockwell Group. Located on the Red Sea Project's main island, Shura, The Red Sea EDITION with 240 guestrooms, including one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. The property is set to reflect the best of its location's cultural and social milieu and of the time. The hotel plans to offer two signature restaurants, a destination bar, beach bar, fitness centre, a swimming pool, and spa. EDITION Hotels is the collaboration between hotel visionary and cultural icon Ian Schrager and Marriott International.

3. HE3 - Four Seasons Resort The Red Sea – 149 keys

Its interiors have been imagined by Meyer Davis, will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.

4. HE4 - Miraval - 180 keys

Miraval The Red Sea will offer guests 180 guestrooms and suites, including 20 villas. Its interiors have been imagined by Rockwell Group. The luxury wellness resort will offer a range of culinary experiences, including a central dining room, the signature Life in Balance Culinary Kitchen, and a marketplace offering mindful and healthful cuisine. Cooking classes and workshops will be offered with a focus on nutrition. Miraval The Red Sea will also have approximately 4,300 square feet of meeting space for wellness-focused activities tailored to improving connections and communication for social and corporate groups.

Senior ID Architect, assigned to work with on all 11 Hotel Mock-up Room (MUR), Package A, B & C ID packages. Involved in ID related Engineering Submittal (Shop Drawing, Material submittal, RFI & Method Statement) review and coordination with RSG, ID designers, Architects, and other trades.

Closely involved with Client Representative in consolidated review of MUR comments/snags by Interior designers, Red Sea Global Interior Designer and Operator to identify and clarify variations/design changes/scope change/snag comment, to support client to clarify and prepare GO/No Go list.

Provide Technical Guidance to Inspector related to ID inspections, Issuance of site observation and quality assurance.

The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is a mega project that comprises a hotel and residences. It encompasses 43 storeys and will culminate at a height of 185 meters above sea-level, while the residential tower will reach 37 storeys (165 meters above sea-level) The complex will offer 795 guest rooms and suites as well as 231 serviced residences. It will also feature private gardens, cantilever pools, an infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, a cutting-edge fitness centre and modern spa therapies. Together, The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences, The Palm will create the ultimate entertainment destination. The two properties will feature over two km of beachfront in total, which is the largest stretch of continuous, accessible privately-owned beach front in Dubai. The destination will also be home to over 35 restaurants and bars, including 10 celebrity chef restaurants, one leading international beach and nightclub and over 92 swimming pools. The Royal Atlantis will be the new landmark of Dubai, building on the success of Atlantis The Palm.

To Implement all aspects of the project quality management systems and site supervision activities provision related to the civil/architectural/Interior works across the project, coordinate perform inspections and submittal reviews to deliver quality installation in accordance with the contract documents, relevant international standard, and local authorities.

The project's scope of work consisting of a 5-star hotel, residence and serviced apartment twin-tower complex located at Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The 61-storey Tower 1 contain serviced apartments, the spa, and the "Sky Collection" - luxury apartments and the 56-storey Tower 2 will contain a 167 key 5-star hotel and serviced apartments. Rising at a height of over 220 meters, 8 units of luxurious Sky collection duplexes, 70-metre-long infinity pool that overlooks Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain, and other amenities.

The atmosphere at Al Seef will be enhanced by the presence of a 200-key heritage hotel, a 150-key contemporary upscale hotel, and a 200-room contemporary luxury 4 Star & 3 Star hotel (Jumeriah Group). The destination will provide bustling waterfront spaces, cafes and restaurants.

Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project.
