• Conducting thorough pre-inspections of infrastructure works, adhering to the approved method statement, and obtaining approval from consultants and authorities.
• Interacting with various authorities such as DEWA ED, DEWA WD, Dusup, Dolphin, DM, and RTA, to communicate work details, submit NOC applications, verify information, and address work-related concerns.
• Overseeing construction work execution, prioritizing HSE guidelines, and seeking approval from consultants concurrently.
• Developing and enforcing an execution program for the team to ensure timely and critical completion of work.
• Creating and documenting Request for Approval (RFA) applications for civil works.
• Reviewing and verifying subcontractor invoices.
• Calculating quantities from shop drawings, preparing final measurement sheets, and compiling backups.
• Strategizing machinery movement based on work sequence and priority.
• Submitting Request for Information (RFI) for work-related solutions and clarifications, based on engineer comments and contractor proposals.
• Tracking material orders and ensuring they are received prior to work requirements.
