Responsibilities as a Project Engineer:

• Reporting to the Project Director
• Preparation of Project BOQs, method of statements, Schedules, Planning's etc
• Monitoring, Supervision, Testing & Commissioning of all services installation (Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Security, Splinklers, UPS, Generators , Chilled Water
• Pumps, Chilled water network system etc)
• Chair all the meetings with Consultants & Vendors
• Working & leading the electrical design team to ensure Electrical system designing including preparation of Drawing, Estimates etc., for renovation of electrical systems of buildings, facilities etc And execution of the works
• Monitoring and comparing contractors work progress as per approved base line programme and working programme
• Reviews and prepare responses to request for information (RFIs), request for
• Clarifications (RFCs) raised by the contractors
• Review and approval of the Project Quality Plan & Material Submittals
• Review and recommendations to client the Pre-qualification documents of Subcontractors and Suppliers

• Ensuring safety procedure as approved and set out in the Project safety management Plan/Client HSE guidelines/Local regulatory authority.
• Executing and maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements and material submittals

Responsibilities as an Electrical Site Engineer:

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Used AutoCAD to develop high-quality electrical designs of lighting and security products.
• Attending the schedule meeting with the client to review the progress on a monthly basis
• Preparation & evaluation of weekly, monthly reports and verification of monthly payment to the client against the actual work progress
• Key role in project completion & handing over, conducting snagging, de- snagging
• Preparation of Handing Over documents, Operation & Maintenance Manuals
• As built drawings, Test Certificates , Warranty certificates of Project after successful completion of project, a MEP Contracting Company Handled:
• Monitoring , Supervision , testing & Commissioning of all services installation (Electrical, LV panels, FDBs, SMDB, MDB , Transformers, Busducts, Bus
• Trunking System, cable Tray etc works)
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site
• Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst

Major Milestones:

• VFDs Installation: Installation of Variable Frequency Drivers (VFDs) for all the mixer motors (150 - 250hp) with an initiative of saving the electrical utility cost & longer life time of motors.
• PLC installation, Wirings & Sensors Installation Conversion of Ordinary Machine operations to the Automation system, worked with procurement team to purchase the suitable products, implementation & design of this automation system as per the onsite requirements with an initiative to increase the production rate , to less the manpower & to supervise all the major components of the machines.
• Up Gradation of Power: Electrical Load calculation of entire
  factory including all machines & Low power load , communicating & following the procedures, requirements & achieving approvals from Local Authority for the increase in Load, Replacement of Main Electrical Distribution Panels, Transformers, Energy Meters & Cable laying as per the new load.

Responsibilities as a In charge Electrical Engineer:

• Development of different Installations and constructions strategies of different industrial Machines inside the factory
• Development of Preventive Maintenance Plan containing all data Schedule
• Narrative Report to describe all assumption & constraints of the schedule Resources
• Preparation of specific method statements and risk assessment, taking on
  hand charge of Electrical installation around the unit.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Diagnose relay logic control systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors
  and other industrial equipment and update record on daily basis.
• Troubleshooting of low voltage contactor control wiring of industrial motors from 1H.P to 150 H.P 3phase motors. Diagnose (forward reverse , star delta , automatic manual , series parallel ) control system of induction motors.
• Assist in monitoring electrical consumption, collation of consumption figures, and update central records as required
• Installations of electric modulations of project i.e., phases and panels. (LT and HT panel)
• Managing resources: making available the required recourses to carryout day to day job generating departmental HR requirements and handling the labor, involved in operations, directly.
• Initiating Purchases of electrical equipment for the machines, profiling the ranges and quotations, helping procurement with vital Electrical purchases on technical end.
• Handling the Electrical Inventory (wires/coils, tools, consumables and equipment) grading and maintaining an on hand report for management.
• Progress reporting to head office and maintaining/developing a proper filing and awareness system of elect equipment and installations.
• Ensuring the up-to-date Safety measures to ensure safe operations for the workers and staff
• Supervise the Electrical work activities inside the plant which includes several electrical daily activities cable Tray Erection work (Power & Control), Trunking & Routing, Cable Laying, Glanding work ,Termination work, pumps , motors, cooling towers , backup Generators, UPS, batteries etc
