• 1.Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures and protocols
• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and design drawings to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conducting inspections and audits of construction sites, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Read and interpret Architectural / Structural and other coordination drawings
• Managing QA/QC team and monitoring on daily basis QC activities for project and inspections status. Conduct internal weekly Quality meeting in liaise with QC manager
• Issue and closeout of the NCR's, identification of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for NCR's, Materials, Inspection Requests (IR's) and MIR's rejection. Also provide training to the team regarding snagging, de-snagging process
• Conduct Audit for Major Subcontractors to review their performance as per Internal Audit Schedule and Evaluation for Suppliers and Subcontractors

Daily Inspection - Conduct inspections and testing of materials and workmanship during construction to ensure compliance with the approved plans, specifications, and standards

Testing: Coordinate with approved laboratory to ensure that all testing is conducted as per frequency and in compliance with project specification and standard.

Non-Conformance Management: Identifying the Non conformities arising at site and documenting same to identify and resolve by understanding the root cause and adopting preventive action to ensure issues are not repeated.

Quality Trainings – Quality workshop and trainings are conducted to ensure that workforce is clear about the Method Statement, Materials & ITP for the activities at site where they are going to engage. Previous projects experience will be shared in addition to ensure same mistakes are not repeated.

Documentation Management: Ensure that all quality-related documentation, including test reports, inspection reports, and other quality records, are maintained and organized.

Auditing and Review: Conduct Internal and external audits and reviews of the construction work to ensure that it meets the quality standards and that the QAQC procedures are being followed and also evaluate the effectiveness of the QMP and recommend improvements as necessary.

Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they understand the QAQC requirements and that they implement the appropriate quality control measures. The performance of contractors and subcontractors are assessed with their KPI and ensure KPI are improved continuously
