  • Operational Management: Direct daily operations for housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, security, and waste management. This involves conducting regular audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee performance of third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and budgetary limits.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local legislation, infection control guidelines, and environmental regulations, including proper risk assessment.
  • Financial Control: Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff, managing performance and ensuring high standards of grooming and service delivery.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing escalations, and reporting on service performance.
