- Prepare and circulate bid no bid document (T39) for the management review and approval for further estimation process

- Support operations team to prepare Schedule, Manpower & Equipment requirements, etc
- Continuous coordination with various departments such as Operations, HSE, QA/QC, Procurement, Contracts etc for the successful submission of fully complied bids
