• Work with all Departments to develop, operate and maintain corporate wide BCM program that addresses incident response crises management and recovery of the time-critical processes.
• Design and outline goals, objectives and scope of the BCM program.
• Establish business Continuity management life cycle based on applicable standards.
• Lead Business Impact Analysis and risk reviews and assessment to understand the time-critical business operations and the risks that could lead to a disruption.
• Support the development and implementation of mitigation and recovery strategies, techniques and processes to prevent and address disruptive incidents.
• Facilitate the training and awareness campaigns to develop competences embed BCM in our organization Culture.
• Design and Implement tests and exercises of the BCM plans and incident response and management plans to review the effectives of the current responses and recovery plans.

To Supervise the implementation and day-to-day functions related to creating Business Continuity Plans and Procedures, while also supervising Crises and Disaster Recovery operations within the DCT:
• Provides key inputs into the company's enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management process and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assume management responsibility for Business Continuity planning efforts with a major focus on assuring the adequacy of business unit Continuity plans for critical activities areas, functions and applications.
• To maintain continued operations, asset protection, and loss mitigation in the event of a disruption, coordinating activities of technology resources with the company’s business units and development groups, as required.
• Work with the management to enhance continuity plans, mitigating the effect of a technology system or application failure or problem.
• Assume leadership role in developing, coordinating, and maintaining comprehensive business continuity plans and validation methodology, to ensure the firm’s ability to recovery, in the event of an unforeseen disruption to facilities, technology systems, or applications.
• Develop and co-ordinate the production, maintenance and review of the portfolio of corporate business continuity plans.
• Participate in, and lead on where appropriate, business continuity projects and initiatives, presenting proposals and reports.

• Responsible for developing, maintaining and testing the Group's Business Continuity programs. will support all activities necessary to enable the Organization to manage a crisis event as well as meet compliance requirements for BCP planning.
  
  Main goals will be to Identify, document and test business needs against the Company infrastructure and identify recovery strategies and gaps.
