• Approved by Haya Water as Contracts Administrator for 6 Contracts of Al Amerat Wastewater Project
• Ensuring contracts are executed as per the Contractual Conditions - Haya Standard Conditions of Contract / IChemE
• Reviewing baseline schedules submitted by the Contractors and accepting them if they are in line with the Contractual requirements and in accordance with standard planning principles.
• Monitoring & controlling of Contractor’s programs with respect to the scheduled baseline and conduct variance analysis to establish variances between project performance and project baseline.
• Evaluating Monthly Progress Reports, planned Vs Actual progress and costs with the baseline parameters.
