Integration and Data Migration FGB - NBAD Channels & Interfaces for Global client access:
- As part of the Integration of FGB (First Gulf Bank) & NBAD (National Bank of Abu Dhabi) to establish FAB (First Abu Dhabi Bank), played a major role from the Initiation to Go live activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partnering with all key stakeholders, Credit administration, Business Management, Operations, Group Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and Process engineering teams to provide solutions on migration issues in the Cash management unit.
- Providing technical expertise on Core Banking systems T24 & Intellect in the areas of Data mapping & Profiling, Data validations, Transformation Logics (Automated & Manual) and Reports verification.
- Direct and deal with the Integration Business Process throughout its life cycle initiation, planning, execution, Monitoring & Controlling and closure related to CIB activities under GTB.
- Managing Data migration tasks by involving different phases of runs from DR-1 to DR-6 by using ICEFLOW tool for monitoring and timely tracking.
- Managing Cut Over activities during the migration runs and conducting ORT (Operation readiness Testing) as per UAE central Bank mandate.
- Conducting conferences among Business stakeholders on the stages status of migration runs and highlight concerns/challenges to Business heads.
- Quality assessment of Source and Target data sets and its field validations by providing guidance to team members.
- Conducting meeting with IT teams on pending deliverables and Transformation Logics status to start with next runs after completion of previous DR.
- Organize and generating the communication letters to corporate customers by using Target and source customer/account details.
- Identified the impact of customer facing channels and plan for any channel upgrades/patch installation
- Arranging the meetings with Process re-engineering teams to develop a process flow and preparation of SOP (Standard operating process) for Business users reference post Customer Day1.
- Post customer day1, supporting to Business units, Client Service on BAU queries related integration and Non-Integration data.

As part of the improvement of Bank-Customer relationship and the enhancement of commercial effectiveness, increasing cross selling capacity such as Digital Banking, Mobile Banking or ATMs are become the preferential platform for the customer’s easy access.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Created master schedules for each project, based on the statement of work that was agreed during client requirements workshops.
- Presenting daily and weekly outlooks to make sure that the development status of pending deliverables and Business were meeting agreed upon mile stones with the client.
- Monitoring project risks and scope to identify potential problems and proactively make out solutions to address them in advance.
- Conducting and monitoring UAT cycles based on the complexity of the project in the areas of resource planning, effort estimation, Preparing test suites, BVT plans and Production roll outs.
- Managing the projects from the Requirements phase to Production movements by obtaining the sign off from Business Stakeholders, Operation Team and SMEs.
- Track issues, risks, action items and other pertinent project related items and escalate appropriately to ensure project stays on track.
