Establish small team of freshers to clean up the old/waiting tickets and reduce the count.

• Giving daily & weekly updates to Director & Vice-president on the issues, progress being made on the tasks and help them prepared for monthly service reviews.

Managed 3 transition projects during 3 years tenure with Infosys:

1. Windows & VMware transition for Westpac bank, Australia (Jan,21 till Jul, 21)

2. OSP,RHEV to VMWare migration for American Express bank, USA (Nov,19 till Jan, 21)

3. ESV (Enterprise storage and virtualization) transition for Blackhawk Networks, USA (Nov, 18 till Nov, 19)

As part of these transitions, lead the team of min 8 & max 18 members on VMware, VDI, Windows, Storage & Backup technologies.

Learnt VMware HCX technology during public cloud to on-prem migration project for Amex.

I also learnt and achieved Nutanix NCP-MCI badge

During CTS tenure of approx 1.5 years, I was part of Windows server operations team and performed for below tasks:

1. Deploy physical or virtual servers (with or without clustering)

2. Decommission of servers

3. Patching of servers via SCCM tool

4. Prepare service delivery reports

5. Coordinate with MS and HP vendors on issues faced.

As part of additional efforts, I've taken up analysis of repetitive incidents and worked/reduced/eliminated few issues via problem management.

As part of 5 years journey with Wipro I have learnt multiple things as I started my IT career with this organization.

• I started with L1 monitoring role for Windows team from Chennai and supported Nestle customer infra from Nov,12 till May,14
• Relocated to nearest location to native (Pune) post marriage and supported British Telecom customer as part of network monitoring team for tenure of 1 year (May, 14 till May, 15)
• From Jun, 15 till tenure end with Wipro (Jul, 17) I saw good growth in-terms of my skillset where I joined as L2 engineer for RWE NPower customer and left this project at Windows tower lead position.

Within Wipro tenure, I attended training on VMware VCP and achieved VMWare VCA badge.
