• In this role im responsible for the following tasks:

managing multiple projects total value 2M per year.

• determining SOW and bill of BOQ, planning constructions-Fitout budgets based on clients requirements.
• creating construction and fitout schedules and work programs based on the clients requirements and SOW executing, controlling, evaluating progress, reporting to client until projects handover supervised preparation of technical drawings by architectural technicians, CAD technicians and drafters.
• hiring contractors and other staff to create allocate responsibilities.
• Determined functional and spatial requirements of new structures and renovated areas.
• Completed projects on time and within budget by collaborating with contractors, architects, and public authorities.
