- To carry out inspection of all the incoming materials, parts and components for quality, applicability and serviceability after manufacture or applicable repair or modification.
- To ensure that all units have been received with required incoming quality documents which are acceptable in accordance with current regulatory guidelines.
- To ensure and record all modifications and Service bulletins , Airworthiness directives are performed on the components which have been called on our order and applicable to our fleet before receiving in inventory.
- To ensure that correct flight hours/cycles are updated in the system and correct data (TSO/CSO) has been recorded as per work scope in case of Time controlled items.
- To ensure that all received parts are in conformance to Part identification, physical condition, documentation and system receipt as per P.O / R.O prior to operational release.
- Responsible for checking the completeness and correctness of Authorized Release certificate (ARC) for details in each block of the ARC including part number, serial number (if applicable), Purchase order reference and that meets the requirements laid by regulatory authority.
- To ensure that aircraft parts received from vendors are accepted, stored and controlled in accordance with organization procedures and airworthiness authority regulations.
- To raise non-conformity reports (Store inspection non-conformance report) and rejection reports when the parts received from vendors are not complying with the requirements laid down by the authority and company.
- To ensure that all Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESDS) items received from vendors with ESDS packing and proper handling of ESDS items.
- To ensure that all Hazardous materials (DG) e.g. Paints /thinners and other POL items have been received with MSDS sheet along with certificate of conformance.
- To ensure that all composite /Prepreg materials are stored in recommended storage temperature and to provide the Total allowable Freezer out Time/Exposure Unit remaining (EUR) to the user.
- To interpret component maintenance manuals(CMM) , parts catalogues (IPC) , Technical notices and associated aircraft publications both technically and professionally for components support.
- To Prepare and raise repair order for the components removed from Aircraft which require shop visit after Reviewing applicable Service Bulletins, modification and removal reason.

- To ensure timely provisioning of Rotables, Repairable, and Consumable items for aircraft material and Checks requirement by analyzing the recommendation data ,BFE list and as per agreed recommendation level which helps in optimizing the stock for the support of the aircraft dispatch reliability standards.
- Establishing the spares requirements to support both long and short term planning requirements in conjunction with the aircraft input type, maintenance plans , scheduled and unscheduled and mean time between failure/overhaul.
- Analyze AOG/ critical items on a daily basis, establish reasons and initiate corrective and preventive action to be able to reduce AOG demand situations and NIL stocks of Critical Items.
- Coordinate with the Procurement section regarding overdue supplies and other vendor related issues as well as being able to place order and follow up/expedite when required.
- To perform periodic reviews of non-moving and obsolete Rotables, repairable and expendable items to identify surplus stock items in order to reduce and optimize the inventory and negotiate with vendors for the possibility of buy back or exchange with moving parts.
- Controlling vendor and supplier in accordance with the OEM philosophy, thus maintaining the inventory to an approved standard.
- To interpret component maintenance manuals, parts catalogues, aircraft work packs, technical notices and associated aircraft publications both technically and professionally for spares support.
- Conducted audit inspections and independent checks to verify parts and materials.
- Developed strategies to optimize utilization of available resources.
