• Developed excel spreadsheet calculation for adiabatic system which considers 8760 hrs. analysis for the performance of adiabatic system on air-cooled chillers and creates return of investment, water consumption, energy savings, temperature drops, technical & commercial reports.
• Site surveys to gather information to generate cost analysis reports and to plan equipment placement and interconnection.
• Worked closely with manufacturer to develop innovative solutions to functionality issues.
• Worked with customers to understand needs and provide excellent service.
• Provided project technical submittals and energy calculations.
• Conducted on-site measurements & verifications for the newly projects to verify the proposed adiabatic system performance on chiller.
• Provided on-site technical support & perform full responsibility for managing all the work related to installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance.

Key Achievement:

- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning for adiabatic Smartcooling system for energy efficiency projects with UTS Carrier, Johnson Controls, Daikin, Engie, Enova, SmartAE.... for more than 150 air-cooled chiller all over the UAE.

- Conduct detailed cooling / heating Load calculation on Carrier HAP Program based on design criteria.

- Duct/Pipe design and routing calculations. And its static/head calculations based on ASHRAE Standards.

-Preparing design documents including HVAC layout drawing and overall schematic system using AutoCAD.

-Preparation of data sheets, specification and material requirement for HVAC systems Such as FAHU, Chillers, Exhaust fans etc.

-Liaising with consultants.

-Perform responsibilities of Managing the work at site with others civil, electrical and mechanical (plumbing &firefighting).

-Take-out quantity (pipes, ducts...) from drawing.

-Managing plumbing, duct, and pipe construction works.

-Pressure drop calculation.
