• Manage, Record, Verify, Validate and Generate multiple incoming operational related work orders & invoices in accordance with the guidelines defined in NTM 148, Port Rules, Port Tariff etc. Some of the Key activities are:
- Vessel related work order (PLDA)
- Pipeline transfer agreements (PLTA)
- Measuring Operational KPIs & Compliance
- Marine Over stay charges basis on vessel GRT
- Manage Berth Downtime
- Pigging of the Port Pipeline
- Heat Tracing Hours.
- Manage FOTT Planning & Scheduling of Port Topside facility infrastructure and to ensure the compatibility of Berths with respect to Vessel mix, Product mix and Customer connectivity; In addition, Focus on reducing vessel waiting time and fast & safe turnaround lay time of the vessels by implementing Port polices & procedures defined in Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Coordinate and advice more than 15 Oil Terminals Clients, over 30 Shipping Agencies to optimize vessel turn around time and waiting time to carry out the operation.
- Offer strategic advice and consultation to develop, implement and evaluate modifications and enhancements to operations, systems and procedures.
- Prepared and maintained comprehensive monthly reports using different business intelligence tool to highlight the KPI's for management and clients review.
Selected Achievement:
- Software Development: Collaborated closely with IDOM in developing the cutting-edge application 'Port Community System (PCS),' tailored specifically for Fujairah Port. The goal of this application is to digitalize all operations at the port.
