• Finalize all the shop drawings and materials approval with consultant,
• Finalize all the BOQ between Teejan and our subcontractor and with consultant , then follow up all the payments with consultant.
• Mange the site work and prepare all the report for operation manger.
• Follow up the long lead items delivery plans with suppliers . Finalize negotiation of all MEP materials with suppliers.
• Follow Authority Approval shop drawings in first stage and the authorities approval to handover the project ( Prepare all the documents related to authority) such as Civil Defiance and coordinate with construction team for the same.
• Attend Client Meeting and progress meeting with consultant.
• Mange the site work and prepare all the report for operation manger.

Project: 3 and 4-star Hotels Project value: AED 160,000,000

• Lead and Communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEPs
• Follow up with consultant for material / drawing subcontractor’s submittal and approval on time in coordination with main contractors/consultants/clients.
• Timely submission of clarification if found any variance with drawings and actual site condition.
• Produce sufficient data for Variation Orders and timely communicate to client in coordination with General Manager / Contract / Estimation section.
• Represent the firm with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members
• Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence.
• Work with Purchasing in setting up/executing trade buyout including: defining scope of work, authoring Exhibit B’s, ensuring scope coverage, coordinating buy and project schedules Meeting Management.
• Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate.
• Finalize negotiation of the ELV, Liner Drain, BMS,FCU Valve Package,….
• Complete all the MEP Payments from client and for subcontractor.

• Temporary works including fencing, signboards and Engineer’s offices.
• Follow Testing Commissioning for ,F/F,HVAC,BMS, Fire Alarm and security system.
• Follow Gat barrier subcontractor drawing .

• Coordination between the Civil and MEP subcontractor.
• Dealing with Tetra Network, AV system, CCTV Systems, AVAS and Bollard.
• Have good knowledge in civil work and drawing.
• Awarded Best Safety Performer Certificate.
• Have good knowledge in ADDC Electrical Wiring Regulation.
