· Team management and supervising around 40 store employees from clerks, accountants, and other staff, ensuring good training to join the team and to practice store protocols.

I was a pharmacist in charge in the pharmacy for one month and I was receiving , ordering , and documenting the controlled medicine input and output and sent the monthly report.

I was hired as a patient care employee in the pharmacy until I passed HAAD exam in August 2015 and my pharmacist license was issued in Nov 2015.

As required from HAAD at the time it was a must to continue 9 months of training in community pharmacy. At the time I was lucky to have my practice in Al Ain Pharmacy in new alain branch. It is big pharmacy that I passed by different cases and patients and I was trained by professional and experienced pharmacists at the time.

Undergraduate training in Al Ain Hospital was a chance to do rounds with professional doctors in different specialties while checking on the patients and monitoring symptoms, prescribing or modifying therapy regimens, and checking on the laboratory test results. This experience reviewed what was studied in the bachelor's courses and put it into practice. Then prepared and presented a project about monitoring medication errors.

Undergraduate training was about controlled medication types and how to manage, dispense, receive, and store in the pharmacy, afterword there was a report and an exam related to what was learned.
