As an educator, my primary goal is to empower my students to recognize their full potential and develop their own unique strengths. I believe that every student has something special to offer, and my job is to help them discover and cultivate those gifts. I have implemented various strategies to support students with different learning styles and abilities. Whether it's through differentiated instruction, collaborative projects, or scaffolding and challenges, I always strive to create a learning environment that is inclusive and supportive so all students can flourish. I believe my unique experience working an international school, English mainstream education, Nurture base units and an IMPACT referral centre (the latter during teacher training) has equipped me to differentiate for all abilities and needs.
Outside of school:
- I have supported at my local food bank charity delivering groceries to people's houses.
-I have helped at 'Aid first charity' (providing Christmas presents to children with struggling parents).
-Attended Reading clubs to discuss our interpretations on an array of different novels.
- Competed in Hyrox fitness events
