• responsible for ensuring that the HSE Management policy, plans and procedures are established, implemented effectively and are suitable for their purposes and use for which they are intended.
• Ensure HSE performance statistics are developed and communicated and that any issues which arise are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure a formal risk assessment process is developed, implemented and maintained for any tasks taking place.
• Ensure HSE inspections and reports and correspondences are collected, analyzed and communicated.
• Ensures the adequate functioning of the HSE management system and improve it including HSE training, audits and inspections, PTW, equipment inspection, emergency drills and incentive program etc.
• Provide advice and support to employees and management on the processes and procedures required to deliver HSE objectives and any HSE issues which arises.
• Support in the day to day management of all HSE programs, training, permitting, and equipment inspections managers in collaboration with construction team.
• Ensure qualified and trained personnel are assigned to the task, if necessary, specify and arrange and/or develop trainings for personnel.
• Continuously assess the site conditions by inspecting regularly all work areas and developing recommendations to the attention of management.
• Evaluate and manage any subcontractor’s HSE Supervision, subcontractor’s HSE Management System and monitor subcontractor HSE Management System for continuous improvement.
• Participates and chair the necessary meetings: HSE department meeting, HSE meetings with subcontractors, HSE management meeting.
• Monitoring compliance and co-ordinate all the HSE activities.
• Ensure induction of all employees and undertake regular toolbox talks with assigned personnel.
• Ensure that all relevant health & safety records are maintained.
• Investigate the cause of accident, establish preventive countermeasure and report the result to management within specific time frame.

Working as contractor looking after all the HSE Documents, conduct HSE inspections, audits, active participation in preparing the Risk Assessments, identify the risks and the hazards in the major jobs. Building and Implementation of HSE Management system to the whole company with regards to OSHAS 18001

• Responsible to carry out inspection at allocated contractor site to ensure the adherence of Health, Safety & Environment regulations.
• Building and implementation of HSE Management system in accordance with OSHAS 18001 certification.
• Compile Health and Safety policy for company and promote a positive safety culture in the organization.
• Assist higher authority in formulating safety system in line statutory requirement.
• Investigate incident, record and report the same to the management besides Monitoring, reviewing and auditing.

• Organize meetings-presentation to disseminate statutory body requirements within owner, contractor, and subcontractor & supplier organization.
• Arrange first aid training and another relevant training program.
• Prepare, control and implement the HSE management system and advice on safety matters at all stages of the project.
