I am currently working here as Homeroom Teacher for KG2.

• In the past three academic years at this institution, I have effectively educated, motivated and stimulated my students through experience, engagement, motivation and positive reinforcement
• I have observed, assessed and evaluated pupils, tracking and reporting all progress
• My classroom has been a place of learning, critical thinking, productivity and enjoyment
• I have focused on those in need of a little extra assistance, adapting lessons to their needs and motivating them to work to the best of their ability.

• As class teacher, my aim was to foster a positive learning environment in both my classrooms which not only facilitated student learning and good morale but also the space for critical thinking
• I became adept at test preparation, student evaluation, performance tracking and the creation of effective reward systems/motivators within the classroom.

• Joining during the academic year, I gained invaluable experience as a substitute teacher at Kindergarten and Primary level by teaching a variety of subjects at different levels
• I excelled at classroom management, time management, organization and encouragement
• As a remedial teacher, I learned to identify those in need of some additional time, how to tailor lessons to their individual needs and how to encourage and work with them to achieve their full potential.
