Working for Etihad Airways for the last 14 years , during this time i have been in various positions :

- Duty Manager - Line Maintenance ( Since DEC 2020 ) :

• Manage all line maintenance activities,including aircraft certification.
• Organize, control & coordinates within line maintenance shift.
• Ensures an effective & consistent approach to setting, promoting & delivering discipline with the workplace.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels are maintained to support the daily operating schedule.
• Ensure an accurate shift allocation issued representing the daily operating schedule, highlighting significant tasks to be performed during the designated ground time.
• Implement SMS systems & processes & ensures formal Risk Assessments are carried out for operationally significant changes.
• Ensure a safe & secure working environment for Etihad employees. Promotes quality of work, safety & security awareness.
• Actively manages any incidents that may occur in order to minimize Etihad employees’ injury & other forms of loss .

- Acting Sr Manager Resource&Production Planning (MAY 2020 - DEC 2020):

• Following for all CAR M, CAR 145 and EASA PART-145 requirements .
• Monitoring effective capacity planning operation for line & light Maintenance , continuously improve effective production planning organization for line & light, monitors tools & GSE support required, control/plan budget requirements, provide resources for line & light & LMI, plan training requirements, present man hours vs demand monthly review .

- Lead Production Planning Engineer ( AUG 2019 - MAY 2020 ) :

• Optimized resource utilization by effectively managing manpower, materials, and equipment throughout the daily operation .
• Buy off meetings with CAMO and MCC, plan and withdraw maintenance tasks, building shift allocation, shift handovers, review and discuss EOs & SBs with fleet management .

- B1 Lead Engineer ( APR 2016 - AUG 2019 ) :

• Leading engineers and technician to carry out all line maintenance activities,workload distribution in the shift, following up all defects and troubleshooting on the fleet, involved in AOG situation, riding engineer requirements , Airbus & Boeing deliveries .

- B1 Engineer ( NOV 2010 - APR 2016 ) :

• carrying out all line maintenance checks , sign and certify aircraft, involved to clear and rectify all types of defects, T/Shooting, replace major & minor parts .

• Working in ADAT hanger as Engineer carrying out all types of checks A,C checks sign and certify related tasks and cards for the area am in-charge of , Working in ADAT line maintenance as Engineer in Abu Dhabi Airport, technical handling for third party aircraft , Working in ADAT line maintenance as Engineer in Sharjah Airport, technical handling for third party aircraft .

• Working in Kuwait Airways out station line maintenance, technical handling for various airlines, perform all line maintenance out station activities.
