- Work with focus to deliver highest standards of product quality to support business logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for safety, security and regulations that contribute towards it’s improvement to achieve complete customer satisfaction through innovation and refinement of service levels.
- Responsible to support our cargo offices worldwide with their cargo queries, manage requests for high demand sectors, attend to their concerns, provide solutions to resolve their issues, implement and administer corrective measures for process improvements.
- Provide suggestions to Charter and Freighters department to plan for diversions that could cater to existing demands to use unutilized additional capacity that could improve existing market share, increase revenue and goodwill for the company.
- Closely liaise and guide all Supervisors and workforce at operations HUB to plan critical flight, assign specific tasks, monitor action and review their outputs which involves complete handling of our cargo from bookings, receiving, handling, storing, planning, cargo build ups, breakdowns and scheduling transportation wherever needed. Ensuring all equipment’s required for flight activities are in place and procure the same if needed for special cargo loads.
- Responsible to intervene in quotations received on critical flights and ensuring flight capacity is fully optimized with given priorities and ensure targeted revenue are met at flight level.
- Vet our software system parameters based on passenger bookings, baggage trends, capacity restrictions, to display correct capacity to the network which in turn supports reservations and sales across the network. Coordinate with IT service providers for maintenance of our systems.
- Closely Monitor and support Back-Haul & low-yielding traffic during lean seasons and ensure to replace such traffic with high yield cargo to optimize revenue throughout the year.
- Perform on Job training for new joiners and existing staff when new processes are implemented, monitor their performance, and conduct timely performance appraisals, personally manage the job when needed.
- Use various cargo market data intelligence platforms such as IATA CASS, Sales Force and World Air Cargo data to identify potentials to improve/enhance various lanes in the market.
- Conduct timely analysis of region's performance at flight levels, use and manage a 3-tier dynamic pricing model, emphasizing appropriate commodity mix, yield and unit revenue ensuring revenue exceeds target at flight levels.
- Considering current challenging times is 2020 and 2021 in addition to my personal intervention and decades of experience I have opted to enhance my approach towards achievements using intelligent analytical tools such as power BI that guides to extract best possible available options for achieving the company's financial flight objectives with a perfect product density mix.
