Summary

My name is Michalis Margaritis and I'm 29 years old. I live in Dubai the last year and I'm passionate about cooking. The last 9 years, I work as a professional chef in several restaurants in Greece, specialized in Mediterranean –Greek Cuisine. From January in 2020 I started to work as Chef de Cuisine in Athens but my biggest achievement was in 2022 when I became a part of one of the most Luxury – Iconic Hotels in the world which is the Atlantis The Royal in Dubai as a Sous Chef where i managed to develop both culinary and personnel management through many trainings and daily exercise alongside successful chefs. A quote that describes me on the best way is " Find a job you enjoy doing and you'll never have to work a day in your life"- that's exactly how I fell about cooking. In my leisure time, I enjoy having "culinary trips" by visiting several restaurants in order to broaden my cooking horizons.. My ambition is to make a worldwide culinary journey as I believe that by tasting traditional dishes of a place you can learn more about its civilization.
