• Heading facility management team responsible for management, maintenance and repair of all facilities in container terminal
• Responsible for the finance and procurement activities of technical department in coordination with finance and procurement department, coordination with HSSE, IT and administration department of the firm
• Facilities managed include 11kv Substations, reefer system(including operation), electricity network for equipments(quay cranes, stacking cranes and auxiliary equipments) and buildings, portable water and fire water network on the terminal, inventory management, fuel station(including operation), quay area , stacking yard and other terminal facilities ,electrical, civil, plumbing, HVAC activities of all building in the terminal
• management and maintenance of facilities to ensure its safe and convenient availability
• efficient management of manpower and Enhanced efficiency by streamlining communication between terminal departments and contractors
• Implemented safety protocols for reduced workplace accidents and improved employee wellbeing.
• Responsible for budgeting of technical department and efficient utilization of available resources
• Vital role in framing and execution of Major contracts for Maintenance of the Terminal and equipments
• Member of Crisis management and business continuity Management team

Headed team for ship repair and maintenance. This included electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repairs. Had got oppurtunity to work in vessels of leading shipping company and construction of new vessels

worked as a graduate apprentice at 110 kv substation, kollam. during this period i gained sufficient experience in the operation and maintenance of various substation equipments at 110kv and 11kv levels, such as power transformers, current transformers, voltage transformers, circuit breakers (both sf6 and vaccum), relays and dc systems including 110kv battery and battery charger etc. i also gained sufficient experience in the erection of station equipments, control wiring, cable works etc
