Besides being responsible for the sales activities, I am responsible for the Cluster’s overall PnL and the daily activities include:

· Manage Technical Risks: Oversee and mitigate technical risks across all projects within the business unit.

· Ensure E&C Policy Compliance: Implement and enforce the company’s Ethics and Compliance (E&C) policies, ensuring all staff receive necessary training.

· Technical Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to ensure successful technical delivery of projects.

· Align with HSE Objectives: Ensure compliance with the group’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) objectives.

· Promote Sustainability: Actively contribute to the group’s sustainability efforts, aligning with climate trajectory goals.

· Secure Financial Performance: Achieve defined targets for margins and contributive EBIT, ensuring the business unit’s financial health.

· Ensure Timely Payments: Oversee client payment processes, ensuring timely receipt of payments.

· Lead Contract Negotiations: Direct and manage contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.

· Drive Business Development: Lead business development initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.

Internal Collaboration: Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve project and organizational goals.

• Ensure operational processes are efficient, effective, and contribute to overall performance of the Business Unit’s operations
• Streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance productivity
• Develop and implement standardized project management procedures across the Business Unit
• Organize, steer and conduct project performance reviews to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work in collaboration with the Chief Technical Officer to allocate resources effectively and to optimize resource utilization

• Consists of approximately 13 km of a west-east alignment with 8 elevated stations.

• Work on the Moolchand Extradosed Bridge project
• A signature metro bridge over Moolchand crossing in New Delhi with Single central row of Pylons and 90m Main Span.

• Work on the Airport Metro Express project
• The line includes underground and elevated sections with transition ramps and cut-and-covers.

• Work on various design and construction projects including buildings, flyovers, and Metro rail construction projects
• Support engineering design development

• Work as a Field Engineer on a supervision consultancy project for construction of rural roads under PMGSY in Madhya Pradesh, India

• Perform GIS functions to support the digitization of the landline telephone network for 5 major cities in India
