- Study the baseline program of Engineering submission & fixing deadline for engineering works until approval from relevant consultant.
- Managing technical submissions by sub-contractors, kick-off meeting, follow up against schedule, technical review, obtain approval from consultant and issue to project team in time.
- Managing engineering coordination between different items such as MEP, Swimming pool, landscape, ID, elevator, façade, abseiling system.
- Prepares material and technical submittals, inspection requests, material inspection request document submittals, site clarification requests, and work notifications.
- Authority Inspection submission and coordination.
- Coordinate with the Consultant to resolve technical related problems on site.
- Prepare Method Statement and WIR (Work Inspection Request) along with work checklist and records to be used for major activities of the project and ensure effective implementation of the methodology by the sub-contractors in the project.
- Provide support and assistance to senior management and project personnel to guarantee that project quality objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
- Ensure all testing and inspections are carried out prior to covering up and proceeding with proper approvals from Consultant / Client/Authority.
- Review contract documents such as contract agreement, contract drawing, plans and specifications, method of construction, safety and health measures and standards, and ensure to comply herewith.
- Communicate with suppliers for the required technical details and other related documents for consultant/client approval based on project specifications.
