Check the pantries. check whether there is any requests ( please make my room,do not disturb, laundry service) from the guest rooms. Allocate floor staff to room service in priority wise. Diplomatically communicate to concern room guests and avoid the complaints if there are a lot of room service requests come together in a same floor. check the physical status of blocked rooms. Inform to housekeeping control desk if there is any room need to block for engineering or pest controlling related works. make sure the proper pest controlling.
