2. Advising garment technical solution to the supplier.
3. Understand about the pattern shapes and on body adjustment to get a consumer satisfied garment
4. Understand the risk areas of a garment and advise to mitigate the risk
5. Corporate with the buying and design team internally to get to know about the style details and sales in the market
6. Vising outlets to check the final product and identify the quality / technical points to improve the next production
7. Understand about the knit and woven fabric related to the styles

8. Responsibility about the garment quality checking and required measurement

1. Have accreditation for sleep wear & Under wear garments approval of Calvin Klein women's and men's brand
2. Good knowledge about various garment constructing from knit and woven fabrics
3. Pattern making knowledge from Lectra and Gerber software for underwear and sleep wear
4. Understand about live model fitting and measurements
5. Good knowledge about pattern shape and adjustments 6. based on the brand requirement
6. Corporate with fabric technical, merchandising, design and sample operators to give a brand satisfied garment
7. Participate to risk analysis meetings to identify and minimize the production concerns
8. Coordinate with production technical team to have smooth process during the sewing
9. Communicate with brand technical team in New York and Sri Lanka to align with their ideas related to styles

10. Able to submit high quality garments with required measurements to the customer

1. Have good understand about live model fitting and amendments according to the comments for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands
2. Ability to communicate with overseas customers and vendors
3. Coordinate with local vendors as a customer

4. Train to get accreditation for sleep wear and under wear fit approval for CK & Tommy brands

1. Possess a good knowledge about sample room operations, product development & production process
2. Gerber version 9.0 & 10.0 pattern making & marker making for intimate apparels and active wear for ODLO, NIKE, and Kit & Ace brands
3. Have a good experience in garment construction methods and textile properties

4. Gain knowledge about bra cup molding and seam bonding for ODLO and NIKE brands
