DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare DTCM Monthly Statistics.
  • Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
  • Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and guest service.
  • Provide one on one training for night audit staff.
  • Resolves issues / problems and coach and counsel front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
  • Demonstrate to leadership the ability to act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
  • Engage and prioritize all guest relations to benefit overall guest satisfaction.
  • Strategically organize room blocks according to guest needs. Routinely ensure hotel policies are being followed.
  • Support interdepartmental communications in sincere manner.
  • Good understanding of several different environments, culturally sensitive to any environment work well in cross cultural situations, tolerant and understanding of differences.
  • Flexible in managing and building efficient teams and firm. Work well independently and as part of team.
  • The ability to work individually and as a co-operative team member.
  • Organized and result oriented, work exceptionally well under pressure.

  • Good at meeting deadlines.
