Vaishali Sarvaiya

A well accomplished & result driven educational professional with an extensive 13+ years of experience in taking lead responsibility for a subject and develop plans & curriculum to entire organization's planning activities. An avid learner of Physics with curiosity of exploring application of Physics in day to day activities; always interested to make anyone struggling with understanding the concepts of Physics in an easy manner. Started teaching Physics at an early age in local small classes. With positive response, got further encouraged to pursue it as a career. Currently working as a NEET coordinator for 2 years at Allen career institute Overseas, UAE. Looking into Lecture Scheduling, Test Planning and conduction, Workshops designing and implementation throughout various centres. 

Arranging PTM on regular intervals for smooth coordination between parents and teachers. 

Conducting webinars and seminars on various subjects for student profile enhancements. 

Managing Mentorship of students, tracking their progress throughout the year. 

Creating academic summaries for all the batches.

Proposed dedicated monthly academic calendars for all the batches, ensuring parents and students have a holistic idea about the academic schedule for the given month. 

Conducting faculty training and subject enrichment sessions. 

Monitoring  syllabus completion on regular basis and suggested necessary modifications needed across all subjects, all centres. 

Contributing to planning and rescheduling of lecture durations and days, during summer and winter vacation, to ensure timely completion of syllabus across batches. 

Have been a part of various institutes of mumbai assisting students in preparing for entrance exams.

Conducted a 10-day camp as a part of NSS-TSEC at Vadap village, Karjat and organized a medical camp benefitting the village in the same. 

First prize in many street play competitions as a part of TSEC drama team.
