Projects Undertaken:

My Home Ankura Project – Located in Tellapur, Hyderabad, the development consists of 603 premium villas spread across 75 acres. In my role as AGM, I was responsible for constructing 72 villas, along with completing the clubhouse, swimming pool, and park. Successfully delivered 50 out of the 72 villas, in addition to the clubhouse and park.

Projects Undertaken: Construction of Hotel Apartments building (2B+G+M+6) in Rawdat Al Khail

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination with design wing, architects & consultants to solve technical issues.
• Monitoring the progress and performance of works on day-to-day basis.
• Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
• Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
• Provides technical support to Project Managers.
• Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
• Reports the status of projects and prepare presentations to consultants and Clients.
• Attend client meetings.

• Oversees construction site, sub-contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.

• Preparing and Implementing the Project Quality Plan at the site.
• Review of all QAQC Procedures / QC plans and work instruction for adequacy against scope of work and revise, where required.
• Identify and develop ITP, method statements, checklist and all Quality record/ reports.
• Monitor and document Calibration of all testing & measuring equipment.
• Obtain the subcontractors' quality documentation, review and approve the same prior to the commencement of their activities.
• Facilitate materials and sample approvals from the clients/Consultants.
• Monitor and control site activities, raise NCR when nonconformance noticed.
• Review the project specifications and develop specification limits in the Inspection & Test Plans.
