- Take product ownership and Overview management of MAB Visa/Mastercard Prepaid Cards, develop all improvements are in compliance with CBM's regulatory requirements, risk managements, and ensure that the Bank's Branding are strictly adhered to
- Launch the product on-time, handle two new on-going products, quality execution and often training to Branches and Sales Team
- Prepare reports for management on-time including annual budget planning and business planning
- Work with Card Schemes for new products & Initiate product ideas and on-going features tailored for existing products
- Liaise with COD, Digital and CMS IT Team for card new products or enhancements
- Perform card ordering process and deal with merchants for promotions and discounts especially dining and travel
- Arrange collaterals and related POSM matter for special merchants
- Effectively plan the implementation and administration of MAB cards rewards plan
- Manage and Collaborate with vendor including performance of contract
- Support the development and integration of MAB cards rewards programs, policies and procedures
- Develop internal operating procedures and controls for administering
- Communicate with Finance, Operation and other related departments to reconcile the necessary progress
- Establish annual targets with Card acquisition teams and to monitor the delivery of the products and services
- Establish a regular monthly report for Management in terms of products usage and acquisitions
