reports and conducting profitability analysis.
Communication with different branches of DPDHL all over the globe, for Debit\Credit notes for account reconciliations.

Close monitoring open jobs and following up with Operations to close files within KPI.

Generate the invoices for all job files accurately and process all files daily thereby keeping pending issues to the minimum.

Prepare the customized invoicing statements for specified customers within the agreed timeline, wherever necessary and instructed by customer/ supervisor.

Attending customer queries in effective manner

Allocation of orders, releasing Picklist to support the Warehouse operations

Co-ordinating with Client's customer, Client and Warehouse Team for timely delivery of shipments

Preparing documents for processing Bills of Entry (BOE) in Dubai customs, after cross checking of value and HS code. E.g. Import to local bill, Export to FZE bill, Gatepass, etc. Further coordinating with other Departments of Danzas with complete documents set to get approvals
from Different Authorities (e.g. Ministry of Health, Dubai Municipality, Custom Inspection, etc.), if the shipment is under restriction as per Dubai Customs, mentioned on BOE

Follow-up with customers for delivery schedule and return shipments

Handling and resolving customer complaints & enquiries like Short/Excess/Damaged items deliveries

Coordinating/planning/managing of transportation, maintaining Vehicle Utilization Report

Updating/maintaining/preparing reports as assigned by Supervisors/Manager. E.g. Pending Orders Report, Custom Duty Report, Archiving Report, etc.

Assist in documentation for Export Shipments

Performing day to day warehouse activities like picking, packing, putaway, stock checks, cycle count, labelling, loading, etc.

Deployed in Etisalat (Central Warehouse, Dubai) as Storekeeper and performing Storekeeper day to day operations
