• As a cabin crew Performance manager, I was responsible for managing and leading the cabin crew team through aligning the Performance management system to deliver excellent levels of customer services in pursuit of departmental goals in terms of safety, punctuality, people management and exceeding customer expectations
• managed cabin crew operations in both an office and flying capacity monitoring service & regulatory standards and providing feedback to relevant departments. Was also providing a strong focus on the performance of Flight Attendants to deliver excellent customer service within Marketing and Sales requirements and intricateinitiatives.
• Do observation flights for the leaders onboard the aircraft.
