▪ Comprehensive management of 500 units portfolio that includes but not limited to renting, lease renewals and Property Management of residential and retails units.
▪ Lease Renewals on a daily basis of tenants of managed portfolio
▪ Issuing all renewal letters ninety (90) days before expiry of the lease. Follow up letters on renewal letters if tenants have not responded.
▪ Obtaining tenant signature of lease agreements and then coordinating with Landlord for execution of leases.
▪ All documentation such as the lease, passport copy, visa, company trade documents scanned and saved in the share folder
▪ All future key communication such noise disturbance, renewal letters, changed car parking are scanned and saved.
▪ Issuance of Ejari Certificate upon the creating and renewal of lease.
▪ When required checking tenants in and out of their apartments and reports to facility management (FM) any works needed in an apartment
▪ Follow up with FM on maintenance issues.
