1.-Handling the project from the start which includes Design document approval, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Installation of SCADA equipment, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), RTU database configuration, Testing and commissioning (Point to Point and End to End Test)
2.-Upgrading the existing RTU IO modules and processor with new state of art RTUs and creating the new RTU data base, related testing and commissioning.
3.-Integration of additional feeders into the existing RTUs
4.-IEC61850 Protocol client-server configuration in the RTUs for IEDs and protection devices.
5.-Mod bus Protocol master-slave configuration in RTUs for transducers, multifunction meters and analog devices.
6.IEC60870-5-101 and IEC60870-5-104 configuration in the RTUs for data transfer between the master SCADA and remote station as per the redundancy requirement in client specification.

12.Performing final substation SCADA tests such as RTU internal testing, POINT to POINT test and END to END test.
13.RTU IO calculation and sizing based on the client IO list.
14.Achieving time synchronization of substation SCADA equipment and IEDs by configuring the GPS Clock and NTP server.
15.-Adaptation and modifications in the existing CT/VT circuit’s substation scheme for the successful SCADA integration.
16.Component selection for the SCADA system design based on the specification and scope of work and material technical specification submission
17.Installation, testing and commissioning of 48VDC system (Battery charger and Batteries) for SCADA equipment’s.
18.- HMI design in master station SCADA including the single diagram design and front end configuration of remote station in master SCADA
19.Configuration and fine tuning of communication parameters in master SCADA software and troubleshooting in network by analyzing the traffic
