  • Oversee daily operations of MEP maintenance staff and contractors.
    Ensure all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are maintained and operational. (12 Buildings, Many Villa compounds include 40 Villas in Khawaneej Heights, 12 Villas in Umm Suqeim, 9 Villas in Jumeriah etc., warehouses etc.)
  • Coordinated and supervised maintenance schedules and tasks. Developed and implemented preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems.
  • Responded to emergency repairs and manage corrective maintenance in line with SLA to achieve KPI ratings. Ensure all repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all MEP systems complied with local and national safety regulations. Conducted regular safety inspections and risk assessments along with HSE officer. Implemented safety protocols and training for staff.
  • Maintained detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
