• Inventory Management:

- Analyzing inventory needs considering sales reports, run rates, production schedules and allocation dates.

- Placing new vehicle orders to manufacturer in coordination with AVME ( Audi Volkswagen Middle East).

- Ensuring having a healthy inventory state through strategic and effective ordering planning.

- Providing the new sales team with a comprehensive stock overview supported by precise tracking data.

- Tracking Shipments and arrivals and delivering updates to relevant teams or departments.

• Financial:

- Working within budget constraints and forecast future vehicle needs.

- Reviewing and processing invoices for payment to suppliers.

- Analyzing costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Pricing:

- Developing comprehensive vehicle price lists categorized by models, variants, and sales types (Retail, Fleet, Corporate).

- Keeping the price lists updated with the latest pricing information, discounts, and offers.

- Coordinating with management or relevant departments to get the price lists reviewed and approved.

- Distributing the updated price lists to relevant internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.).

• Reporting:

Creating regular reports on inventory status, order progress, ,financial metrics and sales status.

• Sales Support Claims' Management:

- Raising sales support claims to AVME and maintaining the necessary follow-up.

- Providing the relevant departments with required claims reports, debit notes and credit notes.

• Compliance and Audit:

- Streamlining sales and ordering processes to align with dealer standard audits and ISO requirements.

- Continuously enhance sales and ordering processes to meet high quality standards.

• AVME Training Coordinator:

- Mapping out annual training plans for sales and sales support teams.

- Analyzing training needs for sales and sales support teams.

- Coordinating with AVME academy to enroll relevant teams for mandatory and enhancement trainings.

Fleet Sales:

- Managing direct communication with key fleet accounts and presenting tailored offers.

- Performing precise price calculations for fleet purchases.

- Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure efficient preparation of vehicles to be delivered to clients on time.

- Overseeing sales process at every stage to guarantee seamless operations and maximize fleet client satisfaction.

- Compiling comprehensive fleet sales reports with meticulously analyzing accurate figures.

- Providing support to sales team with price, quotations, invoices and vehicles deliveries.

- Maintaining proper documentation of sales folder in order to meet quality and audit standards.

• Retail Sales:

- Performing precise price calculations for Retail sales.

- Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure efficient preparation of vehicles to be delivered to clients on time

- Providing support to Retail sales team with price calculations , quotations and invoices.

- Following up with relevant banks on bank financed deals to get auto loan approvals for clients

-Generating precise sales report with accurate insights and figures.

• Sales Process & Audit Requirements:

- Playing a pivotal role in developing existing processes to meet high quality standards.

• Showroom:

- Supervising daily operations at Volkswagen Sharjah showroom and providing essential support to both the sales and sales support teams.

Aftersales:

- Planning and overseeing work procedures of service, CRM, warranty claims and spare parts teams.

- Mapping out spare parts supply orders plans, as well as organizing shipping and purchase contracts in cooperation with spare parts department.

- Managing of all warranty claim lists and accomplishing audit of related technical reports and financial statements.

- Examining and proofing of received reports from aftersales departments to take appropriate actions and develop their work procedures.

Vehicles' Assembly Lines:

- Scheduling of production timetables to achieve targeted production plans.

- Leading process assembly engineers department and preparing assembly checklists with necessary instructions to ensure getting accurate assembly operations.

KD Parts' Warehouse:

- Preparing purchase contracts, organizing shipping and clearance, and providing required instructions for(unloading, unpacking, and feeding) operations.

- Leading the KD claims department and managing of KD claims lists with related technical reports and financial statements.

Communicating with suppliers and manufacturers to organize different business affairs.

Holding training programmes at Mallouk Automotive Industries. These programmes are mainly related to assembly lines' management, assembly process, claims, sales, and aftersales departments' work procedures.

Following up of all other departments works (Sales, HR, and Finance).

- Examining of several technical assembly process files from different Chinese manufacturers of passenger and commercial vehicles (Changan, Zotye, ZX and WAW among others).

• - Preparing assembly check lists with assembly and quality control instructions and provide it to production team.
• - Mapping out layout of vehicles' assembly line (sections, stations, type of operations in each station). And preparing related feeding lists to supply assembly lines with parts in right order.
• - Setting up of (daily, weekly and monthly) action plans in cooperation with production management.

• Preparing comprehensive financial statements for executive review, aiding in effective decision-making processes.
• Analyzing budgets, financial reports and projections for accurate reporting of financial standing.
